Description

"Trashed" images will still be processed by Appionloop, but they will not show up in the viewer. This becomes an issue when there are multiple version of aligned images - If you trash the first aligned stack of images, these are the ones that will be processed instead of the later ones.

Testing:

1. mark an image as trash in myamiweb imageviewer.
2. run any pariticle picking program or ctf estimation that would include this image if it is not rejected on garibaldi
3. check the log afterward to see if the trashed image were processed

Kuang-Lei, Use one of your practice session that has few images would be the easiest.

I just put one image in trash and ran the dog picking. The log file shows that the image deleted by "trash" is not processed. So it works.

Hi, I tried the latest myamiweb Revision: 17910.
I found if I "trash" an image and refresh the web page in Chrome, the trashed images come back.
