There is one more issue that appeared with the recent upgrade as reported by Stuart from our lab:
"On the processing page, under "estimate the CTF", you used to be able to click on the completed CTF jobs and it would give you histograms of the various parameters for your dataset. Right now it is just showing "F" laid out a bunch of times. The database is still storing all the parameters, and you can view them for individual images but the summary in the histograms was quite useful. It still generates the summary table, but none of the plots.”
ctfgraph.php or ctfreport.php return 12x12 pixel images containing an "F" instead of histogram graphs.
The problem appeared with myamiweb/processing/inc/particledata.inc revision 17929 which is unable to read the data.
Reverting to particledata.inc to rev 17173 restores the histogram plots. All dbschema updates applied up to 18000!

Good catch Anchi. Looks like most of the other ctf functions in that file use c for that table, so probably a cut and paste error.
