The is a redmine issue for teaching Appion and dissemination of how to use Appion.

Neil is now using Docker, see #3549 as a method to for users to take Appion home with them. It runs on their laptops, so it is not a great solution for 3D reconstructions.

I attached my Docker start guide and I have three Youtube videos:
• This video assumes you have watched video on how to install and initialized docker: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=09EIxLZlyBk
