ctftilt.py to ctfestimate.py

Description
Moved "ctftilt.py" to "ctfestimate.py", which will run "ctffind" by default,
the boolean parser option "--ctftilt" can be used to run ctftilt.
The negative of the defocus & angle astigmatism values are stored in the database, to be consistent with the values coming from ACE2.
Note - I've run ctffind & ACE2 side by side on 4K images & get virtually identical results, but ctffind is about 10x faster (~1-3 sec/img vs. ~20-30 sec/img)

My experience with CTFtilt is that it takes over a minute to run.
Maybe we should split these up into two pages, CTFtilt is usually only run on special occasions.
I originally made 2 python functions & 2 web pages, but then realized that the code is all just about identical, and CTFTILT only requires 2 extra parameters, which come from the database anyway, so the php would look the same to the user. Just wanted to cut down on redundant code.
The "ctftilt" page only shows up on the menu if there are large tilts in the dataset, same as for the "autoalign tilt pairs" option. Otherwise it only shows the ctffind page.
Sorry I closed this issue, I realized after I submitted that I had submitted it as a bug, so I closed it and made a copy as a "feature". I'll close my other one so we don't have 2 open.
Oh, two links to the same page would be a better way to go with a tilt/find flag. Good work.
Did you modify how I set the pixel size, because I am pretty sure I am doing it wrong. I think I was giving the program the nominal Magnification and CCD camera pixel size. Matthies Wolf pointed out that 62,000X mag, based on our pixel size at the specimen level, is actually 132,000X mag or something.

To test, I guess just use the web form to create the ctfestimate.py command for an image, and compare the results to those that result from pyace.py, they should be about the same if both work correctly.

No I am waiting for ctffind to be installed on guppy.
