Description
changed ctfTilt webpage to ctfEstimate web page, to launch the python ctfestimate.py script.
The processing menu on the left currently lists all ctfestimate jobs as "ctfFind" runs, need to figure out how to specifically get the "ctftilt" runs from there - maybe check to see if there exist tilt values for each of the "ctfestimate" jobs, and those are listed under "ctfTilt" runs?

The CTFTilt web launcher did not properly add the --ctftilt flag for the python program.

fixed a typo in the webpage, I was missing an "&" before the ctftilt=True var in the url
