Hey Anchi,
Looks like you combined this script with the task monitor?
I'm getting this error when I try to run:
writing bashfile: alignparts_lmbfgs_55.bash
... writing particle & movie data for 15nov28b_gr1_00006gr_00049sq_00008hl_00002ed movie

Missing /data2/log-l/appion/15nov28b/stacks/polish_stackid_293/task_jobids.save for parallel task monitoring
Do you have a test stack on your end that you can quickly try this on? My job takes forever to run, so I'm just going to launch it manually
