Description

I tried to generate the files necessary to run Frealign via the appion interface, but it failed in preparing the correct PAR file (it output only a 3-lines file). As input model I used the output of xmipp_recon7. Everything is in /gpfs/appion/gscapin/16jun19a/recon/frealign_recon3.

Fixed bad (old style) keys in making fake pclass eulers. The code will work now. However, it is noted that the reason that this situation arrives is because some particles (particle 4 in this example) do not belong to any class (being thrown away by xmipp refinement) and they will only contribute to noise in Frealign since the default orientation (no transformation) will likely not be refinable, either.

Please try again after myami-beta is updated on the clusters.
