Good morning
I tried to run OPTIMOD from the interface but after several hours it crashed. The directory is
/gpfs/appion/gscapin/16jul08a/abinitio/optimod1.
I checked the log file but to my untrained eyes it only looks that it crashed in the middle of a iteration for no specific reasons.

I don't see why either. Started /gpfs/appion/acheng/16jul08a/abinitio/optimod2/optimod2.appionub.job with the same parameters on guppy with ppn=4 to see what it will do.
Will assign to Dmitry if it fails at the same point.
