Description

bug 1: defrunname on line 214 in createmodel.php is not being properly incremented. I think Neil put in some standards for the way we do this with dogrun1, tiltrun1, etc. -- needs to be done

bug 2: popup help not displaying "included classes" -- fixed

bug 3: I think this is an EMAN bug, we've had these before:

in /ami/data00/appion/09feb12b/models/emanmodel33/emanmodel33.appionsub.log
