Description
allow export helix number via source:myamiweb/processing/downloadparticledata.php
allow import helix number via source:appion/bin/uploadAppionParticles.py
add helix number to makestack boxfiles for RELION via source:appion/appionlib/apBoxer.py

all three features are now working:
- export helix number via source:myamiweb/processing/downloadparticledata.php
- import helix number via source:appion/bin/uploadAppionParticles.py
- helix number to makestack boxfiles for RELION via source:appion/appionlib/apBoxer.py
So, in order to get the above features, you need to update the above corresponding file.

RELION needs testing, because I have not upgraded RELION to helix capable version yet.
Okay, I created a custom apBoxer file that should get everything to work.
