Bug #715

Uploaded stacks missing boxsize info
Added by Rebecca Taurog over 14 years ago.
Updated over 14 years ago.
Category:
Python scripting
Affected Version:
Appion/Leginon 2.0.1
Description
When I uploaded a stack made outside of Appion, the boxsize information is missing, so I can't run any kind of alignment. Also, there's no place during uploading to specify whether the stack has already been inverted or normalized, so Appion states that the stack hasn't, even if it has.

Neil, looks like you added the boxsize, but I don't see anything addressing the inversion or normalization. Should we separate those out to a feature request?
Yeah those are a Feature request, which I want to classify as won't fix, because they are only important to the makestack program not uploaded stacks, though Becky disagrees with me.
I also put this as Appion 2.0.2, because this completely breaks upload stack for the 2.0 branch.

tested out, boxsize setting works fine. I'm not sure what the inverted / not inverted flag is used for in the database, so I would just suggest putting that label in the description, if need be. you can also tell by the averaged image that is displayed on the stack summary page.
