Description

the showOrSubmitCommand() function in inc/processing checks for the existence of standard variables, such as $outdir or $runname. In some of the pages (postProc.php, for example), these are not set. I'm creating this general bug to refer to whenever a related issue has been fixed. So far I have noticed the following error "undefined outdir" in postproc.php and uploadTemplateStack.php, which I fixed by getting the $outdir and/or $runname variable from the $_POST array
