Align and Edit Tilt Pairs¶

1.Use this tool if you want to correlate and box the particles of a Random Conical Tilt Session manually. Before you can run this program you need to pick the particles with either one of the available picking tools Dog Picking, Manual Picking or Template Picking

2. If you want to edit particle picks select the desired run

3. Enter a diameter

4. Usually the default parameters work pretty good but feel free to play around with them!

5. Submit the job
