Image Viewers¶

All Image viewers have the following features:

• Logout Button

  Press the Logout button to end your current Appion and Leginon Tools session.

• User Profile Button

  Press the User Profile button to view or modify your profile.

• Summary Button

  Press the Summary button to display a summary of the currently selected session (experiment).

• Processing Button

  Press the Processing button to launch the Appion Image Processing Pipeline.

• Make jpgs Button

  Press the Make jpgs button to create jpeg images of the currently selected session.
