Image Viewers¶

All Image viewers have the following features:

• Logout Button

  Ends your current Appion and Leginon Tools session.

• User Profile Button

  View or modify your profile.

• Summary Button

  Display a summary of the currently selected session (experiment).

• Processing Button

  Launch the Appion Image Processing Pipeline.

• Make jpgs Button

  Create jpeg images of the currently selected session.
