Tom Goddard visit February 2010¶

What do we Tom to do while he is here:

• Fix apChimSnapshot.py code to work with latest chimera v1.4, issue #25
• Implement movie/animated gifs for the webpages, issue #45
• Save the chimera state, issue #24
• Bridget has a script for tomogram fly throughs, but it has hard coded values
