Appion/Leginon 2.3¶

Appion/Leginon 2.3 will expand the ways the user may interact with data. Add the ability to filter particles based on DB fields and create reports.

1. Filtering
   1. Create a web interface for filtering
      1. Use Redmine interface as an example for filter setup
   2. Allow min/max ranges and outlyer exclusion
2. GUI Upgrade
   1. Redesign the image viewers
   2. Add some bells and whistles to data presentation
3. Write a paper about our experience of setting up a software shop in an academic environment
   1. Create outline by May 2010
      1. What works or does not work
      2. Best tools to use
      3. Best processes
