Installation Guide for DE-12¶

Adding DE-12 and DE Suvey camera to existing Leginon system¶

Follow instruction on Installation_on_the_microscope_computer. Set both camera on the same z-plane in instruments.cfg

h2. Testing

• DE-12 is on a computer separated from the microscope. Please read Using_Leginon_on_a_system_where_the_microscope_and_camera_are_controlled_by_different_computers first.

• Here are the relevant tests:
  • Test Network Connection Between Remote and DECamera Computers
  • Run Leginon Client on Both Microscope Computer and the DECamera computer
  • Start Leginon at your main working station remotely

Proceed to test and run it like any other camera with Leginon "Manual_Application"
