Description
I got the following error when trying to make a stack with tilted images from a RCT experiment:
!!! WARNING: skipped 1 of 973 images

... Process images old to new
... Stack pixelsize = 1.688 A

Exception:
* FATAL ERROR *
This particle selection run contains images of varying pixelsizes, a stack cannot be created
In fact, when checking the indicated image I realized that while the tilted images has a pixel size of 1.69A/pixel as all the other in the dataset (collected at 50,000x) but the corresponding untilted one has 6.75A/pixel.
Thanks a lot
David
