r18514 converts xmipp3cl2dAlign Gui to use basicLayoutForm as a base class to test the addition of the remoteJobParams form to the basicLayoutForm.

Xmipp3Cl2dAlign does not seem to be working even for the original GUI, but the new GUI does produce the same command as the old gui. I've left runXmipp3CL2DAlign.php in svn for now, until the new version is thoroughly tested.

This checkin also fixes an issue where if a checkmark was on by default, it would be turned on during a page reload even if the user had turned it off.

It also adds the ability to add javascript functions to gui elements onchange events.
