Issues #2880,2873 CL2D Broken. Raw particles don’t correspond to classes. This is critical. Anchi, Sargis will look at. Neil says this may have something to do with counting of classnum in the code.

Issue #2044 Relion uploader. AMI will get the Yong Zhi and Jana to test the code

SGE (Sun Grid Engine) Scheduler. Dmitry setting up Appion at Salk and they will use this job scheduler. Amber had some ideas on what file needs to be created. Dmitry will create an issue.

#2912 Leginon RCT node is crashing. This is an urgent bug for Scott as he has a vistor coming that will use RCT. Something to do with timing call in libcv. He fixed this by commenting out delay. Andres Leschziner has new algorithm and code for RCT/OTR algorithm that they have incorporated in Leginon. AMI will see if this can get added to the trunk.

#2930 RCT issue. Zero degree tilt is not centered in stack. This has crept in over past few years. Neil will look at.

#2839 GUI for launching ISAC. Amber will note details in issue. Amber will change Neil's code to make this work for now.

#2503 Phasor changes. Agreed that this was a closed issue.

#2834 Protomo integration. Alex will update the issue.

#2841 Launcher to upload reconstructions. Dmitry will test.
