Orion and I spend a lot of time around legos. I cheated and found a website with some lego creations:

Best place to find custom legos is bricklink, I attached a parts XML that you can use to find suppliers (or I could do it and sell them).

Still want to make a Krios one...

I figured out how to make a Krios with my daughter's building blocks. Took a while, but I think I got it. Detailed instructions to follow. Image attached.
